Good morning, it has been a long morning. at the start I had a professional subscription paid in full for a year with a March renewal. And, suddenly after having this subscription for years, I could no longer write to the Mega disk. after research the settings say, ONLY read-only.
I tried for over 2 hours to figure this out since i have a pay plan. So, I bought a new yearly plan which said, I could “write personal and business”. I then removed the program, reloaded the program, chose the correct subscription.reconnected to the same thing. except now the File lock is not checked.
HELP ME! What started a 5 minute project has turned into a 3 hour program without any support.
The help documentation – the settings has tabs, mine does not. Either your documentation is only or very special since I have been uninstalling and re-downloading several times and I do not get that configuration.
