How to add a GmailDriveMap (with RaiDrive) to Sonos Music Library

I have a shared the GMailDriveMap “MusicDrive” with some music items in it.
I want to add this RaiDrive Map to my Sonos Library.
When I add this map through scrolling, Sonos and up with the message: There is no shared folder “MusicDrive” on computer.

How can I solve this problem?

This is what I do:

  1. Start Sonos software ==> manage ==> music library settings

  2. Add ==> Another folder or drive connected to my computer

  3. Click ‘Browse’ to add a folder with music. I browse to: Z:\MusicGDrive
    (next button)

  4. Then I get the message:
    “Sonos can’t add the music folder.”
    Reason: There is no shared folder ‘MusicGDrive’ on computer ‘John’.

We don’t have Sonos equipment ready, so we can’t test it right away.
Please test it by setting it to Public or Public + Local in Drive settings. (Please check it using the Trial of Professional Edition.)
E-mail(support@raidrive.com) us the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) and we’ll see if there are any other issues.
