Deart support and team, How it’s possible to setup the connection credential on RAIDrive Windows client without open web page for authentication ? Adn remove all advertising ! (we have a pro account).

There is currently no way to authenticate without opening a webpage.
The other issue you mentioned is that you’re getting ads even though you have a Professional subscription?

Yes I’ve a professional subscription, I’ve installed the lasted version of Windows client, and I still have ads.

Please check if the Professional Edition you subscribed to is set to Default in the Subscription menu on the RaiDrive homepage, and if it is set to Default and the issue persists, please email(support@raidrive.com) us the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log).
