Hello, surely, this is not ok… Any idea how to mitigate this? Thanks.
Hi~ @vacla ,
Please check the version of RaiDrive you are currently using, and if it is an older version, please check again with the latest version.
Most likely this happens when you reference a list of files a lot.
RaiDrive keeps a list of all referenced files in memory, so if you have a lot of files, it will use a lot of memory.
Also, if you frequently open very large files, the memory will increase significantly due to cache-related information.
First of all, please send the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) by e-mail(firstname.lastname@example.org).
Also, when it is determined that the memory has increased abnormally, please send a compressed memory dump.
How to make a memory dump
- You can create a dump file by right-clicking on the RaiDrive Service in Task Manager and clicking Create dump file.
