Google drive says EMPTY DISK

Hello. I bought the STARTER EDITION.
I have mapped a ONEDRIVE account and 3 GOOGLE DRIVE accounts.
The first 2 i can browse from the mapped drive. But the 4th it says EMPTY DISK.
I have tried with another google drive, and the same result.

If you are using RaiDrive Mount version, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If you are using previous version of RaiDrive, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If you cannot find the “C:\ProgramData” folder in Explorer, paste the entire path into the Explorer address bar to find it.

We will analyze the log and get back to you.
