im having issues with addin my google drive. this was working before but suddenly not anymore. not sure what to check or uncheck. does anyone know how to fix this? im using the latest raidrive version.

Please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.

Additionally, please let me know if the issue persists when you disconnect and reconnect the drive. Also, please let me know what happens when you reconnect it after rebooting the system.

Thank you for letting us know the results.
It has been confirmed that the issue occurs when there are files in Google Drive with very long filenames (including extensions) exceeding 260 characters.
If you have such files, please move them to another folder and test again.
Please let us know if the issue is indeed related to filename length.
A patch regarding filename length will be released soon.
