Google Drive Files Not Showing Up in RaiDrive – Need Help Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using RaiDrive to manage files between my local system and Google Drive, but recently I noticed that some files aren’t syncing correctly. A few folders show up empty on my PC, even though I can see the files when I log in directly to Google Drive.

I’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the drive, and I also restarted my system, but the issue still exists. Has anyone else faced something similar? Could this be a settings issue, or maybe a problem with permissions?

Also, is there a way to force a full re-sync without losing existing files?

Any advice or step-by-step help would be really appreciated. I rely on this setup for work, so I’m hoping to fix it soon.

On a related note, while looking into file safety and data access, I came across articles discussing What Is Cybersecurity. Made me realize how important secure syncing really is—especially when working with cloud tools.

If you are using RaiDrive Mount version, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If you are using previous version of RaiDrive, please compress the log folder below and send it to support@raidrive.com.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If you cannot find the “C:\ProgramData” folder in Explorer, paste the entire path into the Explorer address bar to find it.

We will analyze the log and get back to you.

In addition, RaiDrive transfers file data directly to the remote server and does not go through an intermediate path.
