Get Package Info Error : Decrypt Error -2146893813

I have a personal Synology, and was trying to install Raidrive for use at work, and found this error on my work computer.

I’ve installed all the required programs from the download page, including .NET, MS Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable, etc., and tried again, but I still get the same error and can’t proceed any further with the installation. Is there anything I can do about this?

For reference, I have 2 PCs in the same office (Windows10 and 11) and it installed fine on Windows11.

It seems to be caused by the lack of Windows secutity updates.
We recommend updating Windows. Alternatively you can install RaiDrive with the following package.

• RaiDrive x64
• RaiDrive x86
