When saving a PDF document directly to the drive from Outlook (scan‑to‑mail), the file is saved initially, but it disappears after restarting the PC.
When the PDF is first saved to a local folder and then copied to the drive, it remains available even after a restart.
If you encounter issues while compressing the log folder, or if the service.log file is missing from the compressed result, please copy the log folder first and then compress the copied folder.
If only the “RaiDrive” folder exists instead of the “RaiDrive Mount” folder, please upgrade to the latest version and test again.
