Files in FTP folder disappear

I have used RaiDrive with FTP and in a few moments the drive gets empty and I am required to restart the service. I noticed in the logs that usually happens when there is a connection error with the FTP server.

Could you please send us the log (C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) of the issue you mentioned through e-mail (support@raidrive.com)?
If you send us the log, we will analyze it and tell you again.
