File partly lost mount Issue with WebDav

I have tried using raidrivecli mount webdav for the media library of Plex Media Server.

I found 2 issues:

  1. Once I finish the first batch of scan (over 50k media files), then the next batch of scan will found some folders turns to blank (the files still in the webdav server, but unmounted from raidrive).
    It’s not the whole net drive unmounted, but parts of the folders unmounted.
    The only way I found to get the lost files back is remount the webdav netdrive.

  2. If there are folders added to the webdav server, raidrive seem won’'t update all the list, but only the folder list, withou the files in the folders.
    It makes Plex can not scaned them directly, but if I access the added folders in the system, start the Plex scan again, it could find the added files.

  1. If the files in the folder disappeared in the second scan, the time information of the folder was recognized incorrectly or the list request for the folder failed.
    When this problem occurred, please compress the log files in the folder below and send them to support@raidrive.com.
  • /var/log/raidrive/*.log
  1. Raidrive checks for changes in the sub-files/folders of the folder remotely only when the file system requests a list for the folder.
    Therefore, if a folder is added remotely, the added folder will appear when a list request is made for the parent folder. Information about the files in the added folder will be retrieved remotely only when a list request is made for the added folder.
