File is locked by someone

Hi,

I use Raidrive for NAS(FTP).

When I work something, I got message like this

“File is locked by someone FILENAME.xlsx You may need the ‘File Lock’ add-on”

how can I solve this problem?

Hi~ @dony ,

Are you using a NAS with multiple users? If so, this is a message that occurs because another user is working on the file. If the issue occurs while using alone, check if the ~$FILENAME.xlsx file exists even if the .xlsx file is not turned on in the folder where the file is located. If the ~$FILENAME.xlsx file exists, remove it and check again, the message does not occur.
