Could you please compress the log folder below and send it to us (support@raidrive.com)?
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If you cannot find the “C:\ProgramData” folder in Explorer, copy the above address and paste it into the Explorer address bar.
If an error occurs when compressing the log folder, copy the log folder and compress the copied folder.
