External webdav connection works, but not internally

Hi all,

I’m having an issue that after my provider supplied me a new router, that i can still connect from home to my synology at work. But when i’m at my work location and connected to the internal network, i get a message that i cannot connect through Raidrive!
Internet works normally.

Probably something really simple… but i just cannot get my finger behind it.
Hope somebody can give me some pointers… or a direction to look at.

Hi~ @Erik_O,

You should check the port of WebDAV.
In many cases, the port used for internal connection and the port used for external connection are different.
For internal use, please specify the internal IP address and internal port.
If you continue to experience problems, please email(support@raidrive.com) the log (C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) with a screenshot of the settings screen.
