Export settings not working

Hello,

Trying to export the settings by:

account → export gives me a popup for a (faculative) password. Hitting the OK button gives the message “the export file will be send by email [my emailaddress]. Hitting OK shows the message “the email was send succesfully”.

But no email is received nor in th eproper inbox nor in the junk mail. Checked the (mail)server log files and there is no entry related to this.

Any advice?

Hi @raidrive13,

The issue was caused by our mail service blocking your emails because your email service was unable to receive them at the time of sending. We have resent the email.
