Error when I try to open a Ms Access file

Hi,

Impossible to open via WebDav protocol (Synology NAS) a MS Access file when file path length is greater than 97 chars.

The file is opened with Multidoc application.

Examples

  • ERROR → Z:\Angers\2021\2118 - ANGERS - MAISON BODIN (SABH)\10-Test0123\2118_ANGERS - Maison BODIN_01.mddx
  • GOOD → Z:\Angers\2021\2118 - ANGERS - MAISON BODIN (SABH)\10-Test\2118_ANGERS - Maison BODIN_01.mddx

The same file is correctly opened via SMB protocol in both cases.

Installed version
Raidrive Professional Version 2021-10.9
File Lock enabled

We’re trying to confirm the issue you mentioned.
A log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) is required for accurate verification.
If you send the log file via e-mail(support@raidrive.com) immediately after the issue occurs, we will check it and tell you again.
