There are a number of reasons why the installation may have failed, and we recommend trying each of the following.

  1. pause and reinstall the security program (kaspersky, McAfee, etc.)
  2. don’t change the installation folder
    This is because the default is C:\Program Files\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\RaiDrive.ThumbnailHandler.x64.dll.
  3. Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
    Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn
