Hi

is there a difference when I copy from my computer to OneDrive in a free version and the starter version?

RaiDrive does not limit bandwidth and transfer speed internally.

Copying from your PC to OneDrive works the same in both Free Standard and Paid Starter Plan — there is no speed difference. The main differences are in features, such as removing ads and enabling writable and more connection options.
