Change name or drive letter

In the last few weeks I sometimes receive the message ‘Change name or drive letter’.
What can I do to avoid this?

Sometimes, when you disconnect a drive, there is an issue where the drive (Z:) is not cleaned up quickly.
In this situation, if you reconnect the drive (for example, Z:), the error occurs because Z: is still in use.
Please wait some time after shutting down the drive and try connecting again.

Please compress the log file folder located below and send it to us by email (support@raidrive.com) and we will check to see if there are any other problems.

  • C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log
