My school is accredited educational institutions but I can’t get Education 2024 even using edu domain (thd.edu.vn) to register?

The domain edu.vn is no longer eligible for the Education/Nonprofit plan due to frequent violations.

The .edu.vn domain is managed by our government so it only allowed for teachers and schools, so I don’t understand why it is often flagged for violations. It is only used by teachers or schools. So I hope you can allow thd.edu.vn specifically. We also have Google Drive linked to it.
We are an accredited institution with an official school website. I am a student representative and I have already used my school email to contact your support (support@raidrive.com) and education (edu@raidrive.com) team (sorry if I had bother your team) about this case (you can check that mail by the domain). I sincerely hope you could kindly consider this as an exception, even though .edu.vn has been excluded from the Education plan. We really need RaiDrive for our learning.
