Can't change my Mega drive from read only

Hopefully this is an easy one, and I see it on here a bit. I’ve upgraded my Raidrive to professional and purchased the Mega addon, but I still can’t change it to writable. I’ve signed out and signed back in several times with no change. Is there another addon I need to be allowed to do this?

Can you send a log file by email(support@raidrive.com) to check for errors?

  • Log : C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If you send us a log file, we will review the error and reply again.
