Can I get a refund for double payment

Hello,

I accidentally subscribed to both the Individual plan and the Team plan, but I only needed one of them. I never used the Individual plan.

I forgot to cancel it during the 14-day trial period, and the payment was processed automatically. I canceled the subscription immediately after receiving the receipt.

Would it be possible to get a refund for the unused service?

Thank you for subscribing.

All charges for subscriptions set not to renew have been cancelled and refunded.
