Bad request kick

Hi,

Our subscriptions are full but I can kick 1 or 2 devices to solve this.
Unfortunately I get a

TS-2562.Administrator/Windows NT 10.0.20348.0: Bad Request (400)
TS-2565.Administrator/Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1: Bad Request (400)

Can you tell me how I can solve this?
