I accidentally deleted the Box drive from RaiDrive Dashboard. When I attempt to add it back, hitting the connect button yields no response. I imported a backup file of the RaiDrive dashboard which has the Box drive, but hitting connect yields no response. I logged into Box thinking I needed to establish an authorization to connect, but could find no such settings. I removed 7 entries from the Login Activity section within Box which showed RaiDrive connections. I’m at a loss where to go from here considering Box chooses to authenticate connectivity for each session and it’s not working correctly for me.
This request can be closed. Apparently, I need to initiate connectivity to Box BEFORE establishing my connection to my VPN service.
