All the advanced options of the Drive Config are shown grey and can’t be enabled.
I want to turn on the bandwith limit.
This occurs in all my drives.
Disconnect your drive first, after that go back into settings to see if all options are available.

I have another question, the education edition is limited to 2mb/s?, I have two friends that don’t have that limitation, and they use the professional edition.

RaiDrive doesn’t limit the speed on all plans. Speed may vary depending on your internet environment.
