Ads in Starter subscription

Hey there,

I recently purchased a three year subscription to the starter tier. In the pricing page it says that there are no ads, however every time I start up the computer or wake it up from sleep I’m seeing an ad in the bottom left of the screen. It shows up less than when I was using the free version, but it’s still there. Is this normal? The pricing page says “No Advertisement” so just hoping to figure out what’s going on.

Please try sign-out of the RaiDrive app and then sign-in again.
If the issue persists, please send log files to support@raidrive.com
