I’m absolutely pissed off!!! Everything was fine with my program, until I received a notification to update. I did the update, and from then on, just stress. The update did not work, a message started to appear that I would have to install the program again. I reinstalled the program, and guess what! I lost connection to ALL my drives!!! And I have several!!! It’s absolute chaos! I’ll have to connect each of them again! I will spend several hours to find all the passwords, this is absolutely unacceptable!!! I don’t pay the program for it to annoy me! Fix this!

Can you tell which version of RaiDrive worked well and which version you currently have installed?
Also, if you bundle the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) in the log folder and send it to us by e-mail(email@example.com), we will quickly check it and tell you again.
