  • Click on Sign In
  • Get this error message

Does anyone know how to solve this?

This message typically means the internet was disconnected. In this case you need to check if “www.raidrive.com” can be accessible on your browser.

I can access and log into the raidrive website, so it seems that is not neccesarily the issue

Are you still getting the error now?
When the computer boots up anew or wakes up from sleep, it can happen temporarily before the network is fully connected.
Please check your network and DNS servers.
