SYNOLOGY - "failed to log in via [WebDAV] due to authorization"

Hi everyone,

we have a very strange error…

“User [] from [2003:a:33:5b00:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:ab14] failed to log in via [WebDAV] due to authorization failure.”

This error is happening to a customer on ALL their PCs on there network.

From another PC (another customer) does it work without problems with his login data?

I have no more ideas?

  • Fritz box?
  • we tested the Firewall allrerady…

  • the customer network is not blocked
  • every other customer work fine

It must be something in the customer network, even the login data from other customers does not work!
