Subscription Not Showing

I received an email saying my subscription is active and I see transaction has gone through, but on raidrive site under profile still says I have no subscription. Signed out and back into the app and still says standard edition

Set up a Default subscription in Shared with me.
If you cannot set up a default subscription because you do not have a subscription, please take a screenshot of the Subscription menu and send it by e-mail(support@raidrive.com). We’ll get back to you after checking.
