Hi @Bobby_Leung, RaiDrive services two plans for the education institution. Education plan Education 2024 plan Education has a File Lock addon while Education 2024 has a Local Disk. Education plan cannot be switched to Education 2024 plan. The subscription that you joined is Education subscription.
