# RaiDrive Mount GUI 2025.7.0 cannot log in automatically

The new version cannot retain the account login status after each computer restart; I have to log in again every time to mount, which is very troublesome

Hello @Li_Jianfei

Please check if `Connect using different credentials` is selected. If it is, uncheck it and try reconnecting.

Same here. The checkbox for different credentials is not checked. Any solution?

If the problem persists, please compress the log folder below and send it to [support@raidrive.com](mailto:support@raidrive.com).

- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log

If an error occurs when compressing the log folder or the service.log file is not included in the compressed result, please copy the log folder and compress the copied log folder.
