# Mega 2FA no longer working

It seems that Mega’s 2fa is no longer working. When I try to sign in, I’m prompted that my password is wrong. I know that’s not true because I can sign in to the webui just fine. But with Raidrive I’m not even prompted to send another 2fa code anymore. This wasn’t an issue a couple of days ago.

Hello, @Nathan_Chavez.

Our own tests don’t find any issues.  
It is probably a temporary failure of some of MEGA’s multiple API servers.  
Please test again after a few hours.  
Or, you can try deleting MEGA Drive from RaiDrive, adding a new one, and testing again.

If the issue persists, please capture the error screen displayed in RaiDrive, compress the log folder below, and send it to us by email ([support@raidrive.com](mailto:support@raidrive.com)).

- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log

If you can’t find the ‘C:\ProgramData’ folder, you can find it by typing(or paste) the full path into the Explorer address bar (because it has hidden properties).
