I have a Starter account. I thought license sharing meant I could use my account on both of my PC’s. I mapped all my drives on PC #1 and then when I logged into my Raidrive account on PC #2, it disconnected my mappings from PC #1.
I guess I don’t understand what license sharing means.
What do I need to use my account on both of my PC’s?

If you want to use RaiDrive on two PCs simultaneously, you need two licenses.
Even if you install RaiDrive on two PCs, if you only use one at a time, one license is sufficient.

What do I upgrade to? The levels Starter, Individual, Team, Essential are not intuitive.
Do I upgrade from Starter to something else OR is there a way to buy a second license for my Starter account OR do I need to create an entirely new second account that buys the Starter package again?

You can upgrade your total license quantity by clicking the link below:
Please click the subscription you wish to upgrade and click the Upgrade button.
Adjust the number of Floating License to your desired number and click the Upgrade button in the bottom left corner to proceed.
