Just now paid for 3 years

So today I just now paid for 3 years. I should get 1 more year free right? But the next billing date still shows as 8/2/2026. Is there any mistake?

And also when i try to login with Webdav with relevent credentials, the connect button does not work(not clickable)…Can you guys please help me to resolve it?

The meaning of the phrase 1 Year free is that you get a 3-year subscription for the price of a 2-year subscription.
