Installing RaiDrive_2022.6.45_x64 service does not start

Good morning, I have on several computers no connection to drives anymore with version 2022-2-30.
So I removed it and want to install RaiDrive_2022.6.45_x64.
But during install it seems to stuck at “starting service”, it takes minutes and nothing happens.
What to do?

I’ve removed the version, installed version 22-6-36 and then 22-6-45 and now it works.

But… I cannot click “add” button and cannot click “register” button…
I can click settings

Thanks a lot for your log files.

Probably, RaiDrive API server may has some kind of performance issue for a while.
We adjusted parameters for this issue and keep monitoring.

Could you let us know how about now?

May I ask two question?

  1. Do you use a proxy server?
  2. Could you let us know whare your are? (country)

No we don’t use proxy. We are based in the Netherlands. Several computers have connection, others don’t! And no idea why not.
RaiDrive starts but there are no connections anymore.
Also the Add and Account buttons are greyed out. Only I can click Settings.

Please, what to do now?

In China, Netherlands, Australia, or elsewhere, occasionally RaiDrive servers’ IP is not resolved or rejected.

so several computers cannot lookup api.raidrive.com; But what can I do about it?

Additional info, when the same computer is on another network (e.g. the person is working from home) raidrive has no problems.
So it looks like its a local network problem but nothing has changed.

I’ve found the solution. For some reason several computers had the wrong primary DNS server set up in network settings. This due to router problem. Changed that and now all is working fine.
