Hi, I just want to know what means an little X mark in a gray color on every files and folders icons that appears on my shared driver from ONE DRIVE PRO.
This is my new laptop that was a week ago formatted and now I installed the Raidrive with my paid account and was my first time using this account on this new branded Windows 10 recently formatted
If file preview is not checked in the drive settings, preview is not supported (offline mode) and the icon is marked with an X.
However, since there is no preview, unnecessary downloads will not occur.
This icon is the windows default display for offline mode.
To get rid of the X mark, you can check File Preview in Drive Settings.
