I was sending email to support@raidrive.com for changing my email account but no response

I send email request changing my email from nwongrat@ck-solutions.com to k@kcinvestor.com as recommend in this post Email address changed. Will it effect the subscription?

however, there were no response. Is there anything I need to do more? Email I was sent to you on Jan 26 2021. Please advised.
