File Not Visible

I just uploaded one 94 mb file in My Mega drive through windows 10
i mounted my mega cloud storage as local and pasted one file but when i try to vist the same file from my web browser i cant see it clearly it says undecrypted file
my plan is professional
plz help

The issue you mentioned is known to be a problem that occurs when accessing a shared folder or from different accounts.

Move the file or folder to another location and try moving it again, or log out and log in again.
