File locking support for excel and word

i am using free version and ftp drive.
i am the only one who open excel/doc. whenever i open excel/word, it prompt for something like “need to open as read only”. according to microsoft, they said office not support ftp drive.

does the paid version support?

Hi~ @Peter_Chan ,

File Lock requires Professional Plan and File Lock Addon.
File Lock Addon supports LOCK for MS Office files.
When using File Lock, all users must check the File Lock option in the drive settings.
