Hey, While opening a DWG throgh RaiDrive with Filelock enabled in the settings, and opening the same file in another computer that is connected locally to the NAS, the other computer is not presenting with the “read only” notification that should be while the file is opened on the RaiDrive instance. Please help.

When opening a DWG file with the ACAD.EXE program for the first time, please check if the .dwl or .dwl2 file is created.
Also, all users should check the Lock function in the drive settings.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of RaiDrive Mount.
If the problem persists, please zip the log folder below and email it to support@raidrive.com.
- C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive Mount\log
If an error occurs when compressing the log file or the service.log file is not included in the compressed file, copy the log folder and zip the copied folder.
If “RaiDrive Mount” is not present, please install a new version.
