Copy freeze (when copying to Synology mapped drive)

Hello
when I copy (or move) files from whatever (local windows HD, or Google drive) to my Synology (using widows explorer and drag and drop)

  • it works fine with the first few files
  • then it gets stuck, potentially aborting windows explorer but not always

    It used to work perfectly well “before”.
    My windows is uptodate, so is Raidrive.
    Not sure how to investigate/fix…

To check the exact issue, we need a log file immediately after an error occurs.
Please send the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) by email(support@raidrive.com) and We will tell you again.
