Content update within the cloud (google drive) shared drive

Hello, I have a problem with version 2023.2.70, it does not update the drive content when my collaborators upload a file via (google drive app)

Make sure Update storage changes asynchronously is checked in the drive settings, and email(support@raidrive.com) us the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) if the issue persists.
