I tried to connect via FTP to my Fritzbox NAS to an empty folder and got a failure.
Now I figured out, that I can not connect to an empty folder.
Directly after I include one file into the folder, RaiDrive connection via FTP works.
Perhaps you can fix this bug in the next release!

A log file is required to check the exact condition.
If you send us the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) via e-mail(support@raidrive.com), we will check it again and let you know.

The FTP server that you are using is not common for NLST commands.
Typically, if the folder does not have a file, returns an empty list on the NLST request, but your server returns a 550 error.
This is scheduled to add to this issue to the next version.
Please use it after adding a file or folder to the root folder for the time being.
RaiDrive will only attempt NLST requests on the first FTP validation.
So, I’m wondering if the problem occurs with empty folders in the sub.
However, this can only be checked in the log file. After accessing the empty folder below, please send the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) by e-mail(support@raidrive.com).
