Can't make any changes on my business drives

I can successfuly added my Google Drive and Onedrive business versions. However, I can’t open, delete, or add any files.

I can open my personal Google Drive, however, I still can’t delete some of them.

We’re trying to confirm the issue you mentioned.
A log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) is required for accurate verification.
If you send the log file via e-mail( immediately after the issue occurs, we will check it and tell you again.
