Trying to connect to my Synology NAS, at the office we have two NAS drives set up the same way, just different drive amount. I can connect to one, but cant connect to the other. The one I am having trouble with is not allowing me to connect using my ID/PW I use to connect through the browser, I can connect using Anonymous, but it shows no folders, I have changed my permissions in the DSM and everything.

Have you ever checked the IP Block list of Synology NAS? Please access the admin page and check the IP blocking list. If the issue is not resolved, please send the log file(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log) by e-mail(firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will tell you again after checking.
