I bought the academic plan yesterday, through this offer:

As you can see, ACADEMIC PLAN should have no advertisement.
But today, when I turned my computer on, I got advertisements on the app window.
Could you please resolve this?
BTW, I signed up academic plan with my academic email account (i am a university professor).
